PART TEN: A NEW BEGINNING

I got back in my car and I tried pushing down on the steering wheel to get my car to do down to the road. God told me to concentrate on the car going down and it would. I accomplished this. I drove to the Whonnock General Store and parked out in front of it next to the road. I thought that I was mortal again and that my car was visible. I was neither mortal nor visible and my car was not visible.

What made me think that I was mortal again was that my head ached where I had been shot. I reasoned that a cola would likely relieve the pain in my head. I got out of my car and walked to the door of the store. The door was a wooden frame around a large pane of glass. I pushed on the glass with my left hand to open the door. My hand penetrated the glass as if I were a spirit being, which I still was. I was confused. I withdrew my hand as the glass felt as though it were closing in around my wrist. Next, I pushed on the wooden frame of the door near the handle. The experience was the same. I tried the door handle next and as I expected the door to open, l walked forward and, without being able to open the door, I passed through it as if I were a spirit being, which I was. I was even more confused and startled.

At that time, the glass counter in that store ran full length of the store with only one gap in it. The cash register was on the centre of the counter. I was surprised that the only clerk in the store remained seated in a chair behind the counter and she continued to read a magazine as I passed by. I though that it was odd for her not to acknowledge my presence. I walked to the back of the store to the pop cooler, opened the cooler door, and took out the last can of cola. As I walked back towards the cash register, God told me that I would become mortal again when I set the cola on the counter. I hesitated a little and then, I set the cola on the counter. At the same, I said "hello" to the clerk. She looked at me in shock. She looked as if she had seen a ghost.

At the same time as the store clerk was startled, I heard someone honk a car horn in agree or shock. I bought my cola and, as I walked out of the store, I overheard someone ask another person where my car had come from. Someone else said that it had just appeared on its spot suddenly. I did not say a thing. I got into my car and finished delivering my newspapers. The cola gave me a lot of relief from my headache. Several times, I touched the area on my head, where the bullets had entered it, and I felt one hole. Through that small hole in my head, I was able to touch my brains. God told me that He had left the hole there, so that I would remember all my death and resurrection experiences. He said that it would be mostly healed by the next morning.
